  Helpful manager but awful receptionist. She modified the rate figure which I had agreed when I booked online, after I signed the form for diagnostic. Very rude behaviour from lady. Manager however was very polite and understood the concern and assured that he'll look into it. Wouldn't go there again unless I have to (they being the only Mazda dealer in Edinburgh), simply because of that rude receptionist. I wanted to sign up for the service plan with them, but not unless I hear from the manager.

  Took my Mazda 6 in while it was still under warranty for a known issue with the wheels (surface bubbling and peeling ).The man I spoke to (Stewart)was very helpful and pleasant and he told me they would be in touch and didn't think there would be any problem.He said the wheels were on order and it might take a while.After about 6-8 I weeks I used the "contact us"facility to enquire whether there was any news on my warranty claim to be phoned 15minutes later by what I can only describe as a very"abrasive"woman who told me my claim had been rejected and that they had phoned and left a message.As I have both an answering machine in the house and mobile voicemail I doubt this very much.i asked to speak to someone else to be told she was the only one there!4.30pm???She said the claim had been turned down because of something about the service history(full service history) would certainly put you off buying a car from them if this is how they treat people. I would like to thank manager Phil Hare who looked into my case and cleared up the misunderstanding regarding the warranty,my wheels have been refurbished and are now how they should be.Also many thanks to Micheal who arranged for the work to be done and gave such excellent service 5 star service from both.
