Friendly lady was cleaning tables and asked me if I want some more tea or cafe and kindly brought me tea to my tabel. Great, thank you

Layout is straightforward - you might have some queues going into the street in exceptional cases (e.g. Sunday morning market) but otherwise it is a very decent place. Basically your typical Starbucks round the corner!
