razor powercore scooter - purchased less than 2 weeks ago. Terrible customer service, aggressive and argumentative manager, not keen to help and got nowhere. Scooter was expensive and switch fell out within two weeks, but was told my wee boy was not riding it properly and that it was hit on a kerb. Yes my wee boy fell off during riding on a pathway but Smyths do not want to know. There seems to be inherent defect with the switch button falling out as can be seen with some of the reviews. Disgusting!!!
