  I had phoned around a number of repair centres prior to contacting the team. On talking through the issues I had with my laptop they gave me the confidence that they could resolve the issues. From arriving at the store and the team resolving the issue it was less than 30 minutes. The service was 1st class and I would recommend the store to my work colleagues and friends and family.   Awful service. Brought in my faulty laptop - knowing pretty much exactly what was wrong with it, simply needing it fixed. They then tried to tell me there was a £99 flat rate cost to check it and then a further cost to repair it and if they found other things wrong that would be even more! Ended up taking my business to a much better shop and getting it repaired for a fraction of the cost. Absolute rip-off merchants!!
