The guy immediately picked up that I was having trouble choosing and after I explained that I was after a gift for an Islay (which I mispronounced but I wasn't corrected in a condescending manner like you can be in some of these places) lover and just something different for myself offered some tasters that were spot on. Excellent knowledge and great manner. Thoroughly recommend.
