  Helpful staff, clean fitting rooms, pretty well organized when they're super busy... I was just expecting a little more variety of clothing. They seemed to be selling clothes for a Spanish summer rather than anything suitable for Scotland. I was looking for gloves to wear during my visit, but they had already stopped selling them to prepare for the summer!

  The store in huge, heating was too much tho. Great choice and departments. It wad a nightmare getting to one particular department, no way of getting there unless you went down lots of stairs. Not good. Disabled... No chance of getting to that department unless you went outside the main door and round the street to the lower level. Lifts were no where near this part of the building. I have bother with the mega staircase as did others. My daughter(21) had to hep one old lady (prob in her late 80s) back up the stairs!
