  Bought a 3 series from Peter Vardy BMW in Edinburgh. Firstly walked as the couldn't discount £600 even though my trade in was lowly priced. Eventually they got us back by doing the deal we originally wanted. They sent the forms to get our private Reg on retention but I had to transfer them myself onto my new vehicle. Then I get a letter in from a debt collector saying i owe £80 to the DVLA as i hadn't done a sorn for my old vehicle they had for two weeks before the tax run out. I call them and same old story no return call. Call again and still waiting on a call 2 weeks later. Not even an offer to pay the £80 for their mistake so far (as I was told they would handle everything with my old car and had My V5). I doubt BMW know how bad these thugs treat their customers. I won't even go on about the brake discs,pads and tyres they sold me on my car. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. DOUGLAS PARKS BMW I WOULD RECOMMEND.So don't waste your time with Vardys

  Bought a car from here the lead up to purchase was fine. The after purchase so bad, emails ignored, sales advisor then contacting me through Facebook to speak to me urgently, not urgent enough for him to make a phone call. Complaint emailed no reply... turns out they are a dealership that don’t car once they have your money
