  I popped in to this branch of Optical Express as the nose grip on my reading glasses was very uncomfortable. Even though I hadn't bought my glasses there, Diane couldn't have been more helpful and I was able to deposit them with her for the ten minutes it took to change the nose grips (for free!) Now that's what I call good customer service! :)

  Both my wife and I have used Optical Express for many years now and the reason is that we have followed a member of their staff named Angie. She is so helpful and always happy and smiling .She is such a pleasure to deal with we both look forward to seeing her. if ever she should leave we would struggle to know where else to go.
