  Wandered into o2 at Cameron Toll yesterday afternoon to buy a top up voucher and oh boy I thought pantomine season had begun early, "no staff available please return at 2pm" came the instruction from a suit wearing automaton, excuse me?! So off I went and returned as advised, being the good obedient chap that I am, only to be told by possibly the most obnoxious cretin ("a Guru") in Edinburgh, which is quite an achievement by the way, to take a seat, honestly how this moron has escaped serious assault is a mystery. Just to make matters even more bizarre, another member of staff, not sure if it was Curly, Larry or Moe, inadvertently set off an ear-piercing alarm and was unable to stop it. Avoid this store like the plague, incompetent nay borderline braindead staff and a non-existent service. Minus 5 Stars.

  Brought a 25 pound recharge for my laptop and when I got home, discovered it was for a tablet only. Back I go the next day, wasting time and fuel. Get in there, no apology, and then the man serving was sniffing and wiping his hands on his nose constantly. Learn customer service and what hygiene is! It's not hard.
