  Not good enough... Twice I've been in to get help with my fone and both times, rather than explain what they're doing as they're doing it..they've just deleted applications etc as they wished without even once asking me if I wanted those apps kept on my fone, even though I was sitting inches away from them, that's not the help I expected from "professionals" and when you fone to complain you're either left waiting half an hour on them answering the damn bloody fone, which find extremely ironic for a fone company, or they completely disregard your complaint because they "fixed" the problem. Only gave 2 stars instead of 1 because of the friendliness of the staff bt quite shocking help with your fone...deleting everything should not be the only answer!!
