Cheekily I asked if I could get a discount and was delighted when I was given 20% off. I was most impressed with Elliot who went the extra mile, providing excellent customer service, keeping me informed and phoning me when he said he would, and also the manager (Mark?) who kindly gave me the discount. Lots of very happy Beavers tonight!
