  Dishonest. I went for their service & MOT wanting things sorted fast & convenient before Christmas. Instead got lied to and had my time wasted. Kwik Fit failed the car on its washers, saying that an electrician at 40 pounds an hour was needed to investigate the issue. I asked if they had checked the fuse and they said yes. I refused their repair, wanting to take a look at it at home myself. I changed the fuse at home which fixed the issue and the car passed its MOT at a different place. If they are dishonest about something so small, how do you know if they're telling the truth about bigger issues?
