  Lovely place. Really good selection of tea. I love the way they bring the tea with an egg timer so you know how long to brew it. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They also sell their bagged teas and teapots. Recommend a visit.

  The only reason my friend and I stayed was the temperature outside and the thought of walking elsewhere in the snow! The place smelt of dirty mops and the mirrors on the back wall were filthy. We both opted for the ham sandwich - the ham was delicious but the bread was ridiculously dry - thank heavens for the mustard making it palatable. Overall this was an extremely overpriced mediocre sandwich at best. I have no doubt they serve good tea ( I'm a coffee drinker ) but I wouldn't recommend this place lunch.
