I had a wonderful experience at Emma Roy. Vicky in particular made me feel at ease during my appointment, and at no point did I feel pressured to choose my dress. The overall atmosphere in the store is very welcoming, I would strongly recommend going to Emma Roy purely on the outstanding customer service.

Had a lovely experience here. They have a wide selection of beautiful dresses and a great space for trying them on. The staff were attentive, but also gave you space to think. We were impressed with our treatment.
