  This is my first electric mountain bike. Neil and his staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly in finding me the correct bike, from a vast choice. I chose a Scott E-Aspect 720 hardtail with the Bosch Performance Line mid drive motor. Being of a certain age and not as fit as I was, the electric assist makes me feel like a kid again - and I can now go riding with my fitter mates too. My health is already improving and it has certainly helped my knee after an op, as I can choose what level of assistance I need and build up to less assistance as I get fitter. I haven't had so much fun on two wheels in years. John R.

  Ridgeback Electron: With its convenient step-though frame, relaxed geometry and upright position, the Ridgeback Electron is a great around-town bike. When paired with a front basket and panniers it would make the ideal shopping bike. Surprisingly quick and nimble, I had no trouble navigating my way up and down the cobbled hills of New Town. My first electric bike experience and it was much more enjoyable than I anticipated. Bike was loaned while mine was in the workshop.

  We are delighted with our Bergamont e-bikes from the Electric Cycle Company. Neill and Richard could not have been more helpful when my husband and I were looking for bikes to take when touring in our motorhome. In particular they went to a great deal,of trouble to modify my suspension seat post. Must also say how amazing their mechanic is.
