  Excellent customer service. Although I don't live in the Edinburgh area I decided to use these guys for my wedding balloons and decorations after being let down by my original company. When I went into the shop to choose what I wanted the girls there couldn't have been more helpful, even blew up some balloons there and then to show me what my colour scheme would look like roughly. I wanted an arch to go over my dance floor and ordered one. When it came to my wedding day they turned up to set up in plenty of time. Turns out my ceilings were too low for an arch and they improvised there and then rather than just saying well we can't do it. It was fantastic and I was over the moon with it and the balloons for my table centres. Balloons lasted ages and my kids had plenty fun playing with them for the next couple of days. Overall a brilliant experience after being let down and now use them for all my balloons whenever I need them. :).
